America’s 250th Red, White, and Blue Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The America’s 250th Red, White, and Blue Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Austin Archery Country (“Sponsor”), located at 8121 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78758.
This Sweepstakes may be administered using Primer Sweepstakes, a sweepstakes technology platform. Primer Sweepstakes is not the sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
Black Rifle Energy may provide promotional support or prize-related support but is not the sponsor unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-nine United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Primer Sweepstakes, Black Rifle Energy, Hoyt, Turtlebox, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.
“Immediate family members” means spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means people who share the same residence, whether or not related.
Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on July 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: by making an eligible purchase or by using the free alternative method of entry. No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
A. Purchase Entry Method
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants will receive one entry for every one dollar spent on eligible purchases from Austin Archery Country, up to a maximum of 450 total entries per person.
Entries are calculated based on the eligible purchase amount after discounts and before taxes, shipping, handling, fees, and other excluded charges. Gift cards, returned items, canceled orders, refunded purchases, chargebacks, warranties, service fees, taxes, shipping, handling, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward entry generation unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.
Fractions of a dollar will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar for entry purposes.
Example: An eligible purchase of $99.99 earns 99 entries.
If an eligible purchase is returned, canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged back, Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries associated with that purchase.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry
To enter without making a purchase, eligible entrants may complete and submit the free alternative method of entry form available on the Sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each eligible free alternative method of entry submission will receive 450 entries, which is the maximum number of entries available per person in the Sweepstakes.
Limit one free alternative method of entry submission per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Free alternative method of entry submissions have the same odds of winning as purchase entries. No purchase is required, and making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
C. Total Entry Limit
Limit 450 total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method or combination of entry methods.
Entrants may not exceed 450 total entries by combining purchase entries and free alternative method of entry submissions.
If an entrant reaches the 450-entry cap through eligible purchases, no additional entries will be awarded through the free alternative method of entry.
If an entrant receives 450 entries through the free alternative method of entry, no additional entries will be awarded through eligible purchases.
Any entries submitted, generated, or attempted above the 450-entry cap are void.
Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than 450 total entries by using multiple names, email addresses, accounts, identities, devices, automated systems, purchases, free alternative method of entry submissions, or any other method may result in disqualification.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, fake accounts, duplicate identities, or any other method intended to subvert the entry process are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent manner.
5. Marketing Consent
Entrants may be given the option to consent to receive promotional emails or marketing communications from Austin Archery Country, Black Rifle Energy, or other participating brands.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and is not a condition of purchase.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.
6. Prize
One winner will receive one America’s 250th Archery Sweepstakes prize package consisting of:
Hoyt RWB Bow, Approximate Retail Value: $2,200
RWB Arrows, Approximate Retail Value: $250
Turtlebox Speaker, Approximate Retail Value: $430
RWB Black Rifle Energy, Approximate Retail Value: $144
The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $3,024 USD.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, redeemed for cash, assigned, or transferred, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any component becomes unavailable for any reason.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, costs, and expenses associated with prize acceptance, possession, and use.
Because the total prize value exceeds the applicable 2026 IRS reporting threshold, winner may be required to complete and return a valid IRS Form W-9 before prize fulfillment. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize, as required by law.
Winner must be able to lawfully accept, possess, and use the prize in winner’s jurisdiction. Sponsor is not responsible for any winner’s inability to accept or use the prize due to applicable law, regulation, restriction, or personal circumstance.
7. Winner Selection
After the close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor or its designated representative will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing is expected to occur on or about July 6, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winner will be notified using the email address provided at entry.
Potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and complete required documents, including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, IRS Form W-9, or other prize fulfillment documents.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time stated in the notification, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required documents, refuses to provide required tax documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
A prize will not be awarded until the potential winner has been verified and has complied with all requirements of these Official Rules.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and participating promotional partners the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city, state, prize information, statements, photograph, voice, and other identifying information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, concerning the prize.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. Force Majeure
